What to include

  • Whether you are using the website, ChatGPT, Codex or another app.
  • Your device and browser/app version, if known.
  • The steps that caused the issue and what you expected to happen.
  • The currency pair and rate date, or the selected city, if relevant. A sample amount is enough.
  • An optional screenshot with unrelated chats, account details and other private information removed.

Do not send passwords, login codes, API keys, bank or card details, or complete conversation histories. Remove private information from screenshots. Report security concerns privately by email.

Quick help

A rate differs from my provider. CurrencyGo shows reference rates. Your currency conversion provider may use a different rate and apply a spread or fees. Check the displayed rate date and your provider's actual quote.

The app shows saved rates. Refresh the converter. If the provider remains unavailable, the app may show dated saved data. Do not treat a saved rate as a current transaction quote.

My currency or interface language is wrong. Choose the home currency or language manually. Automatic selection uses available region and device or platform settings and may not match your preference.

Weather or location is unavailable. Search for a city manually. Device-location permission is optional. Some environmental metrics may be unavailable even when other data load successfully.

The ChatGPT card is blank or fails to update. Try a new conversation and select CurrencyGo again. Check whether the standalone website opens. If the problem continues, send the device, app/browser version and approximate time of the issue.

I want to remove saved settings. Clearing CurrencyGo's browser or app storage removes its saved settings and rates. It does not delete chats in ChatGPT/Codex. For information sent to support, use the email contact above.

CurrencyGo does not offer bank transfers, currency exchange transactions or account recovery for ChatGPT/Codex. For platform account or billing issues, contact that platform's support.
